Records about providers
Profiles contain information that government agencies have already made public. We do not collect patient information, and we do not buy private data about providers.
Visitors
You can search and see a summary of every profile without an account. We keep standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and abuse prevention for a limited time. Free pages may show advertising; ad partners may use cookies subject to their own policies and your browser settings.
Account holders
If you create an account we store your email address, plan, watchlist and saved searches so we can send the alerts you ask for. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Correction reports
When you submit a correction or response we store your email, role and message so we can follow up. We do not publish your email address.
Your choices
You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your account page or by emailing corrections@medaccountability.com. We do not sell personal information about visitors or account holders.
